Other Rules:

Some other rules, not associated with bureaucracy, but are, in fact, associated with drunkenness:

1) Never drink anything that you can't identify;
2) Never drink anything that your Evil Friend gives you;
3) Never drink anything that comes in a test tube.

I managed to follow all of the above tonight.
